Dr. Bridget Stewart
Dr. Stewart obtained her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her internship at Veterinary Referral Associates in Maryland. She worked as an emergency clinician before transitioning to oncology exclusively in 2009. Dr. Stewart joined TOS in Richmond in 2010 and transitioned to the Springfield location in 2013. In 2020, she began a non-traditional Medical Oncology residency with TOS.
Dr. Stewart is married with 3 kids and has a retriever, Huck, a tabby cat Topaz, and a few chickens. Dr. Stewart has a special interest in personalized medicine, the human-animal bond, adaptive treatment protocols, and getting to know each family to tailor our treatment to best match their goals for their pets.
