Dr. Bruce L. Hansen
Dr. Hansen received his veterinary degree from the University of Missouri (1980). He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Hansen is an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Hansen is board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Dermatology.
He is a member of the American Academy of Veterinary Dermatology, the Academy of Veterinary Allergy and Clinical Immunology, the Society of Investigative Dermatology, the American Animal Hospital Association and the D.C. Academy of Veterinary Medicine. He has served as the Dermatology Chairperson of the American Animal Hospital Association EXCEL committee (90-94). Dr. Hansen has authored numerous articles for veterinary journals and regularly speaks at veterinary meetings all over the United States.
